When we first saw the work and the professional attitude of the technicians from Swiss Air, we were impressed enough to decide to purchase an annual plan for the maintenance of the heating and cooling equipment in our home. Since that time we have not had any reason to reconsider our decision. However, now we have even more reason to feel that we made the right decision. We want to commend the technicians for their honesty and integrity in dealing with us and we want to especially single out Steve. He came here today to install a new A/C compressor and found that he had erred in his original diagnosis of the problem and that a new compressor was not needed, because the only problem was a faulty connection. A less honest company might have gone ahead and replace the compressor anyway, because we wouldn’t have had the slightest suspicion that the diagnosis was in error. Steve, however, came to us and told us what the real problem had turned out to be and saved us a good deal of money in doing so. He told us that the “bad news” was that he’d lost his “credibility” because of the faulty diagnosis, but that is not the case at all. He has given us even more confidence that we are with the right company and that we will be treated fairly.
We will be happy to recommend Swiss Air without reservation to anyone we know needing A/C or heating specialists.
