Great company! The owner is very personable, rates are competitive, the techs are great! Swiss Air is always striving to make us feel comfortable and keeping our system running great. We've been using Swiss Air for over a year and will continue to use them for years to come! The only complaint, if I had one, would be receiving the same tech everytime. A repeat tech would be great, so you don't have to get use to meeting another person everytime and that same tech would know my system better and our comfort level would be higher. Keep up the great work Swiss Air!
We were referred to Swiss Air by a good friend when our AC stopped working in July. They were able to get the AC working again and let us know that the cost of the repair would be taken off our purchase price if we decided to replace the system with them within 30 days.
Our salesman was Larry Winkler and he was fantastic. Walked us through the house and explained the load on our current system and showed us where the air basically stopped due to the inefficient unit we had. We always thought it was warmer just because it was the kitchen! He showed us the different levels of each system and explained the rebates that were available with each. there was no pressure at all to go with any particular system, my wife and I made that decision and there were no questions asked. ** Full disclosure he won points with my wife by asking about her Dallas Cowboys sticker on her car and mentioning he is a season ticket holder.
Overall this was one of the easiest decisions and purchases we have made as homeowners. One of the owners for another company actually lives on our street and they never even returned my call when I requested an estimate.

With so many unreliable company's out there its good to deal with a great company like Swiss Air. After 2 bids from other HVAC shops, Swiss Air delivered on what I needed with the specific equipment I wanted at a great price. The A/C , condenser, furnace and humidifier was installed within 2 days (the old system was still working). The technicians were very well trained and professional.
We had a nightmare of an experience dealing with our home warrantee when our air conditioner went out. I reached my limit, trying to deal with them, and called Swiss Air. Lisa and Ron were so kind and helpful, and got someone to my house within an hour of calling. The technician repaired my AC within an hour, and for significantly less than the home warrantee contractor wanted to charge. When the AC ultimately died (it was 27 years old - no fault of Swiss Air), they were out to replace it for a reasonable price within a day. I will never use anyone else.

We've used Swiss Air for repairs and maintenance for over 5 years, and every single time we interact with someone from that company we are impressed. They are pleasant, knowledgable, and make everyone feel like a priority (which you want to be when you feel you are going to die of heat stroke!). I've also done price comparisons and they are very competitive, plus I feel that their employees are all great at communicating your options - how to deal with your immediate complaint as well as suggested repairs etc without making you feel that they are just upsetting you. I would recommend them to anyone at any time.
Our air conditioner stopped cooling mid afternoon on a Friday. We called several places that told us they were unable to make an appointment until the next day. Considering it was July and the temperature in our house was registering 87 degrees, waiting was not an option. When we got in touch with Swiss Air, they immediately called us back and said they would have someone out there within an hour. What? on a Friday night at 5:00 and with only the standard service call price, that was incredible. When Darin arrived, he was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately he diagnosed us with the bad news that we anticipated ....we needed a whole new air conditioner (it was 16 years old). This was going into July 4th holiday weekend. They still managed to have Larry the sales guy (who was great to work with) give us a quote that evening and arranged for installation on Monday. When they were short on staff due to the holiday, Ron (the owner) told us he would come out himself with another member and get the job done. Oh, the best is Ron warrants his work, both labor and parts, for 10 full years. You can rest easy knowing that he has been local for almost 30 years and stands behind his products and service. I can't say enough how great our experience was with their entire staff. Whether you need a quick service call or a whole new unit, don't hesitate to call these guys. I assure you, they are way better than the big guys you know from advertising. Swiss Air, keep us the great work!
