I was very pleased with the service I received from your company. Matt was extremely courteous and professional. While preforming the annual check on our system he found an issue that needed to be addressed and fixed the problem for us. I feel very confident using their services and will continue to use them in the future.

I've used Swiss Air Heating & Cooling for my furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater, hot water circulator, air filter, etc. They always do a good job and came quickly when we had and emergency. Only 4 stars because the pricing seems a little steep. Matt came today and did the usual great job!
I saw your ad today on Instagram. I'm a journeyman HVAC service technician and applaud your 15 year part and labor warranty! That speaks volumes of your company and the equipment you install. I've never heard of any company offering more than a 12 year part and labor warranty. You just earned my respect!
I came home and found my house hot, with no air blowing through my vents. Checked my AC unit and saw frozen lines. I called Swiss Air and Ted was at my place within an hour and had my system working again. He was very knowledgeable, and walked me through everything that he was doing. Since my system was about 22 years old, I also talked with their sales rep Allen who was a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured, and was presented with many options for units as well as financing. Swiss Air is very professional, and they probably have the best labor warranty (ten years) that you will find in St. Louis. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I've been a Swiss Air customer for years, and they continually provide the greatest of care for me and my family. Rick Holloway performed a system check up on our new home today, and as usual, the service was top notch. He went out of his way to make sure everything was in perfect working order, and took the time to explain new system and component operation, when he certainly didn't have to. Thank you Swiss Air for providing the highest level of support time after time!
