Our air conditioner stopped cooling mid afternoon on a Friday. We called several places that told us they were unable to make an appointment until the next day. Considering it was July and the temperature in our house was registering 87 degrees, waiting was not an option. When we got in touch with Swiss Air, they immediately called us back and said they would have someone out there within an hour. What? on a Friday night at 5:00 and with only the standard service call price, that was incredible. When Darin arrived, he was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately he diagnosed us with the bad news that we anticipated ....we needed a whole new air conditioner (it was 16 years old). This was going into July 4th holiday weekend. They still managed to have Larry the sales guy (who was great to work with) give us a quote that evening and arranged for installation on Monday. When they were short on staff due to the holiday, Ron (the owner) told us he would come out himself with another member and get the job done. Oh, the best is Ron warrants his work, both labor and parts, for 10 full years. You can rest easy knowing that he has been local for almost 30 years and stands behind his products and service. I can't say enough how great our experience was with their entire staff. Whether you need a quick service call or a whole new unit, don't hesitate to call these guys. I assure you, they are way better than the big guys you know from advertising. Swiss Air, keep us the great work!

Great people good service
We purchased a house and took ownership to find out the 2 ac units and furnace were not working correctly. The home inspector said his hands were tied since they were working when he was out so we called Swiss Air and we obviously were a little short on cash since we had to make a down payment on the new home, but Ron & his team found a way to fix everything and make it affordable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an affordable heating and cooling company.
We have had Swiss Air service our heating and cooling systems for probably 10+ years. In that time we have owned two homes and we have had nothing but excellent support and quality service. The technicians are friendly and well versed in their field! We definitely recommend Swiss Air. We utilize the service plan, which has great benefits.

Our air conditioner died yesterday (smoking!), and since the furnace was also the original from 1994, we had Swiss Air replace both. Now we have a new AC unit and a new, 80%-efficient furnace --- in about 24 hours !!!
I highly reccomend this company. They came out today and took a lot of time looking and testing and honestly educating me about my unit. They were very reasonable as well. Brian was great.
