Very friendly, helpful, and no pressure
Very respectful of my needs and promptly responded.
We have worked with Swiss Air for over 25years. They have installed one system for us previously that has lasted longer than we expected. During our winter maintenance check up it looks like our current system is on its last leg which we expected. Working with their staff to determine what our next system should be. I highly recommend Swiss Air for service and/or a new system.
I updated this post from a few years back. Happy with our system and hot water heater. Our electric and gas bills have dropped substantially.!
The guy that came out to our house, helped us figure out how to make our system work better, very knowledgeable and professional! The two installers came out and installed the new equipment, they got the job done quickly and explained everything that was done.
Highly recommended! Superior support from Ron, the owner. Team of highly trained professionals is exemplified by the product and service provided. Purchased new HVAC system and water heater for new home 2 years ago and will continue to refer them to everyone. John, the technician who visited today is a solid example of professionalism and customer service driven, not " sales driven ". Much appreciated!
