These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Swiss Air Heating & Cooling LLC ("Swiss Air," "we," "us," or "our") governing access to our website, HVAC services, and the plumbing and water-heater services we are legally authorized to perform. By using the site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, including the Your Privacy Choices section describing how to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Who We Are

The displayed MO License #M2793A applies to HVAC/mechanical work and is not represented as a plumbing license. 3. Services & Estimates

Online content, calculators (including the Build & Price comfort-system builder), and estimates are informational and not a binding quote. Pricing and scope depend on the type of service, site conditions, equipment and materials, diagnostic findings, code and permit requirements, and available rebates. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in writing after diagnosis by a qualified technician. Work begins only after you authorize it. On-site service work is governed by the written service agreement or invoice for that job, which controls over these website Terms if they conflict.

4. Scheduling, Promotions & Financing

Requesting an appointment through the website or by phone is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm it with you. Same-day and 24/7 emergency availability depend on demand and technician routing. Promotional offers, coupons, and rebates listed on this site have their own eligibility requirements, may not be combined unless stated, and can change or end without notice; utility rebates (for example Ameren Missouri programs) and federal tax credits are administered by third parties, and we do not guarantee approval or amounts. Financing is offered through third-party lenders on approved credit; the lender's terms, disclosures, and application process govern any financing, and applying happens on the lender's own site or portal, never through a card or loan form on this website.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions (Text Messages)

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Swiss Air Heating and Cooling ("Swiss Air Heating and Cooling," "we," "us," or "our"). By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Swiss Air Heating and Cooling at that number and to these terms.

Types of messages. Swiss Air Heating and Cooling uses text messaging for customer care: replies to your service request or quote inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival and scheduling updates, and other service-related follow-up about the work you have requested.

10. Warranties on Work & Equipment

Equipment we install carries the manufacturer's warranty under the manufacturer's own terms (registration requirements and maintenance conditions may apply). Any labor or workmanship guarantee, including our satisfaction guarantee, is described in the written service agreement or invoice for the specific job. Nothing on this website creates a warranty beyond what that written agreement states, and website descriptions of guarantees are summaries only.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from website use shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri, unless a written service agreement specifies otherwise for on-site work.

12. Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement for on-site work, are the entire agreement between you and Swiss Air Heating & Cooling LLC regarding use of this website.
