We are based in O'Fallon, MO. The displayed MO License #M2793A applies to HVAC/mechanical work and is not represented as a plumbing license. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through our website, forms, phone, and text communications, and in the course of providing HVAC services and plumbing and water-heater services we are legally authorized to perform.

2. Information We Collect

• Identifiers & contact data, name, phone, email, service address, and similar details you submit.
• Service & request data, the HVAC, plumbing, or water-heater work you request, equipment or system details, notes you provide, appointment preferences, and related communications.
• Website & usage data, IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics collected automatically.

We collect this information directly from you (forms, phone calls, emails, and text messages), automatically from your browser when you visit the site (through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google reCAPTCHA), and from our scheduling and customer-relationship tools when you book or receive service. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or precise geolocation through this website, and we do not knowingly process biometric data.

3. How We Use Information

• Respond to inquiries, schedule service, and provide HVAC services and plumbing and water-heater services we are legally authorized to perform.
• Send appointment reminders and service updates, and, where you have opted in, SMS messages about your request.
• Operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website and services.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business: with service providers that help us host the site, relay form submissions, provide analytics/conversion tracking (for example Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager and call-tracking tools such as WhatConverts when configured), spam protection (reCAPTCHA), CRM/lead routing, and financing partners when you apply for financing. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us, except where their own policies also apply.

Our corporate affiliate, MyHappyHome, may receive and process lead and customer data to support our operations, scheduling, customer care, and service administration.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. SMS / Text Messaging (TCPA)

If you check the optional SMS consent box on a form, you agree that Swiss Air Heating & Cooling may send text messages about your request, appointments, and service updates to the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Payment Security (PCI)

This website does not collect or store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card data. If you pay for services, payment is handled through PCI-compliant third-party processors or off-site portals (for example financing partners). We do not store card data on our servers.

We use necessary cookies to keep the site working, and analytics/conversion technologies, Google Analytics 4 loaded through Google Tag Manager, plus Google reCAPTCHA for form spam protection, to understand traffic and measure leads. 8. Your Privacy Choices, Your California Privacy Rights & Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we extend the same choices to visitors from other states with comparable laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah). Swiss Air Heating & Cooling LLC is a Missouri local contractor and, based on available information, does not meet the CCPA/CPRA applicability thresholds, we provide these choices as a best practice for every visitor.

As a licensed Missouri mechanical contractor, we retain service records, permits, and warranty documentation for the periods required by Missouri law and by equipment manufacturers' warranty terms; website analytics data is retained per the retention settings in our Google Analytics 4 property. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Third-Party Websites

Our site links to third-party destinations we do not control, for example our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages, our Google Business Profile, utility rebate programs such as Ameren Missouri's, and financing-partner application portals. Those sites have their own privacy policies; this Policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to review their terms before submitting information there.

Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
